What is collected

The report form collects your full name and email address. A phone number is optional. It also records the action selected, calculator used, current report summary, source page, submission date and time, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional mortgage tips.

Please do not submit a Social Insurance Number, banking information, credit-card information, passwords, documents, or other sensitive financial details through this form.

Why it is collected

Your information is used to complete the save, share, or PDF action you selected, respond about the calculator result, arrange a mortgage-planning conversation if appropriate, and keep a record of consent. It is not required to use or explore any calculator.

Contact versus marketing consent

The required checkbox authorizes the requested report action and a direct response about that calculator result. The marketing checkbox is separate and optional. If you select it, you may receive occasional mortgage information or updates. You can withdraw either permission at any time by emailing the address below.

How the information is delivered and stored

Form submissions are recorded in Mithil's private website dashboard and are also processed by FormSubmit to deliver an email alert to Mithil's business Gmail inbox. Dashboard access is restricted to the authorized owner account. These records may be retained until they are no longer required for the requested service, consent records, or applicable professional or legal obligations.

Website statistics

The website records first-party aggregate events such as a site visit, calculator opening, contact-button selection, and report request. These events help improve the tools and show which calculators are useful. The application does not store a visitor's IP address, browser profile, or advertising identifier with these events. Hosting and delivery providers may maintain their own operational logs under their respective terms.

Safeguards and service providers

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for the private dashboard, business inbox, and devices used to access them. Website hosting, FormSubmit, and Google may process information in jurisdictions outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices and access
