Mithil Patel, Mortgage Agent Level 1 (Licence M26001121), BRX Mortgage, Brokerage Licence 13463, Ontario, is responsible for the contact information submitted through this website.
What is collected
The report form collects your full name and email address. A phone number is optional. It also records the action selected, calculator used, current report summary, source page, submission date and time, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional mortgage tips.
Please do not submit a Social Insurance Number, banking information, credit-card information, passwords, documents, or other sensitive financial details through this form.
Why it is collected
Your information is used to complete the save, share, or PDF action you selected, respond about the calculator result, arrange a mortgage-planning conversation if appropriate, and keep a record of consent. It is not required to use or explore any calculator.
Contact versus marketing consent
The required checkbox authorizes the requested report action and a direct response about that calculator result. The marketing checkbox is separate and optional. If you select it, you may receive occasional mortgage information or updates. You can withdraw either permission at any time by emailing the address below.
How the information is delivered
The website does not maintain its own lead database. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit to deliver an email alert to Mithil's business Gmail inbox. Email records may remain in the business inbox until they are no longer required for the stated purpose or for applicable professional or legal obligations.
Safeguards and service providers
Reasonable safeguards should be used for the business inbox and any device used to access it. FormSubmit and Google may process information in jurisdictions outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and access
